一、设备用途： 该设备的设计比较适合玻璃深加工厂家，可生产高档热熔工艺玻璃屏风、热熔镜框、工程艺术玻璃，玻璃水果盘，广泛应用于现代高档玻璃装璜工程；可进行循环加工生产，大大提高了生产率。其特点是：模具制作简单，转型快，用电量小，效率高。

二、原理、结构简介：

1．该设备的工作原理是：将模具摆好，放好玻璃，启动加温程序，当炉内温度达到一定的温度，使玻璃成型时，将炉体连同玻璃推去保温炉去保温，即得到一炉压铸玻璃的成品。

2．该设备可进行手动和全自动控制。分为上下结构；由装缷区、升温区和保温区三个部分组成，炉体采用钢结构，炉内使用高档保温棉保温。控制方式为：可编程全自动温控仪操作（可曲线升温控制温度），有恒温功能。加温是采用高档石英管加热，热量高，寿命长。

三、规格、技术参数：

1．加工玻璃参数：加工玻璃厚度2mm—25mm。

2．本机功率分为：

A型：38KW B型：52KW C型：65KW D型：80KW

3．设备尺寸：

A型：炉外长2650*宽2200*高1500mm 炉内长2200*宽1900*高200mm

B型：炉外长3500*宽2200*高1500mm 炉内长3100*宽1900*高200mm

C型：炉外长3900*宽2200*高1500mm 炉内长3600*宽1900*高200mm

D型：炉外长5100*宽2200*高1500mm 炉内长4500*宽1900*高200mm

4. 工序：加温成型时间1.5-2小时，冷却时间4-8小时。

5. 每台设备配备副炉可进行循环生产，提高生产效率。

6. 可以根据客户的需求定做不同尺寸的设备。

Principle and structure Description:

1. The device's working principle is: Put the glass on the mold ,heat them to a certain temperature, when the glass bend well, then evenly cooled, that is a finished melting glass product.

2.The machine is made up by heating systems, forming systems ,electric load and down systems two furnace bodies.The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton insulation .The temperature is contrilled intelligently with PID controller. The machine works manuly or auotmaticly., it’ high efficiency .
