全自动玻璃切割机给传统的玻璃加工方式带来便利，为企业的人工节约了很多成本。传统的加工方式由两个人工上片，玻璃从一个磨边机出来后由一个人工转片后进入另一个磨边机磨边。进入清洗机清洗后由两个人工下片，这样最少需要五个人工的介入，大大增加了企业的劳动成本。加工过程中由于人工介入较多，极易造成玻璃的划伤，降低了产品的合格率。由于工作环境比较差，特别是夏天的时候，工作环境温度甚至超过50℃，且由于玻璃较重易滑易碎，在操作人员不小心的时候，容易脱落摔碎，不仅造成财产损失同时也容易使操作人员受到身体伤害。这些问题给企业带来了不必要的损失，而且给工人的人身带来了伤害。全自动玻璃下片台可以帮助企业解决这些问题。一整条的全自动玻璃生产线包括全自动玻璃上片台，双边圆边机(1#)，转片台(直线吸盘型、直线斜辊型、直角型)，双边圆边机(2#)，清洗机和全自动下玻璃片台组成。玻璃由自动上片台自动吸片至输送台，输送至1#双边圆边机，玻璃自动定位磨边后，进入转片台将玻璃旋转90度后快速到达2#双边圆边机，玻璃自动定位磨边后直接进入清洗机，清洗干燥完成后由全自动玻璃下片台将玻璃直接放上玻璃架。这样的全自动生产线简单、独立，操作简单、方便，运行稳定，在企业生产过程中既节约了成本，也提高了工作质量。
