■ 铝合金模块化拼装结构，触摸屏 PLC控制，操作界面简单易懂。

■ 三对毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )轴不锈钢轴头，上部硬毛刷配置气缸可单独提升，特制软毛刷可洗LOW-E玻璃，普通镀膜玻璃。

■ 主传动为斜齿传动，变频调速，清洗机毛刷分别由上下两组电机单独齿带传动，转速平稳，使用寿命更长。

■ 快速自动厚度调节，升降高度300mm，方便内部保养。

■ 设备配有单独温控系统（风加热及水加热装置），风机使用热风回收系统达到节能，效率高。

■ 可与高速双边机，上下片等设备对接，实现自动化生产线。

■ Three pairs hair brush(Φ160 ㎜ ) with stainless steel shaft, the up hard hair brush is controlled by pneumatic cylinder and can be lifted up independently, so the soft hair brush can wash the LOW-E glass, common coating film glass.

■ Helical teeth transmission driving system, frequency speed adjustment.

■ The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.

■ Convenient thickness adjustment, the whole section can hoist 300mm to facilitate inner clean.

■ Can be equipped with air and water heating system.

■ Can connected with high-speed double edging machine, automatic glass loading and unloading system to realize automatic processing.
