产品特性PRODUCT FEATURES

1:铝合金拼装结构，触摸屏PLC控制，操作界面简单易懂。

2:三对毛刷(Φ160㎜)304轴头配置，上部硬毛刷配置气缸可单独提升，特制软毛刷可洗low-e玻璃，普通镀膜玻璃。

3：主传动为斜齿传动，变频调速，清洗机毛刷分别由上下两组电机单独齿带传动，转速平稳，使用寿命更长。

4：快速自动厚度调节，可升降300mm，方便内部清洁。

5：二对特制整体铝风刀、风力强、一直一斜设计、去除厚板玻璃尾部平面水珠效果更佳，带风加热和水加热系统。

4:Quickly automatically thickness adjustment,can hoist 300mm,convenient for inner clean.

5:Double pairs special type aluminum air cutter,designed at one straight and another one incline,more better effect that remove the drop of water on the tail plane of thick glass plate,big air force,configured air heating and water heating system.

玻璃清洗机F系列

1、卧式玻璃清洗机采用国标方管骨架；水平卧式结构；2、卧式玻璃清洗机的温度控制器可调整吹风温度，从0-90°都可以调整；3、卧式玻璃清洗机的传动部分使用无级变速机控制,可任意调节清洗速度；4、卧式玻璃清洗机的输送棍、毛刷棍以及海绵棍均采用耐高温，耐酸碱材质,使用寿命长；5、卧式玻璃清洗机为密集滚筒带动设计，加工面积范围大，循环水清洗玻璃一次完成。6、卧式玻璃清洗机使用离心风机，音量小、风量大；高温烘干系统，玻璃清洗完成后表面温度在30-50°左右。
